Once the Lil' Game Hunter achievement had been obtained, there were no additional achievements for collecting more pets any more.
In patch 4.1,GM Items WOW, along with lots of new pets and mounts, two new pet collecting achievements have been added: Petting Zoo for collecting 100 pets, and Menagerie for collecting 125 pets.
Now for those players who have been collecting tabards and pets since the launch of the achievement system, there hasn't been a lot to look forward to.
