The macro is clever enough so that it only interrupts if a spell is being cast, making faking a pummel, mindfreeze, kick, etc (even Unrelenting Assault) impossible about wow items.
You can replace "pummel" with pretty much anything about wow items.A warrior friend of mine was trying this bad boy out on me today and it is the real deal.
Because of how potent this macro is, any real mention of it has led to numerous thread deletions on the World of Warcraft forums.
